This album was recorded in October 2016 in three sessions in Bendigo Thompsons original sparing gym. Bendigo is a Nottingham legend who was the world's first heavyweight boxing champion of the world. He was a bare-knuckle fighter. His gym used to be above a pub called The Maze where we had a studio.

The album is very open and raw sounding, we wanted it to have that Can Inner Space Sound. Charlie was only 18 years old when he drummed on this album. All I remember is the room being freezing cold.
