This would be a staggering album even if Chris wasn't producing the volume and quality of work that he does day in and day out - in those circumstances and given the rest of 2020 it's just even more impressive. This feels like the kind of record where someone's been saving up their best material for years, in the best possible way.

This is the one where the krautrock of Dream On is combined with the Six By Seven we grew up with (or grew old with). Crossing fingers for a vinyl release.

Fabulous, cohesive and consistently strong new set from Mr Olley. For me, some great melodies on here along with the six by seven trademark sonic adventuring. Highly recommended.

I keep coming back to this one. It's a gorgeous sounding album - a big, expansive sound that's also icy and intense. It definitely fits my grey skies, lockdown mood better than most things I've heard recently. Highly recommended.
